Manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) using the list and tree diagram. Create and update the work package tree and estimate. Easily import work items from MS Excel and export the WBS to PDF, Excel, and image files. Additionally, you can convert a WBS to a project plan file in the QuickPlan app.

The WBS is a hierarchical and incremental breakdown of the project into phases, deliverables, and work packages. It provides a structured representation of the effort required to achieve project goals.

Visualize and simplify the WBS in the outline and diagram view to analyze work elements and determine labor, material, and total costs for each component.
