Manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) using the list and tree diagram. Create and update the work package tree and estimate. Easily import work items from MS Excel and export the WBS to PDF, Excel, and image files. Additionally, you can convert a WBS to a project plan file in the QuickPlan app.

The WBS is a hierarchical and incremental breakdown of the project into phases, deliverables, and work packages. It provides a structured representation of the effort required to achieve project goals.

Mobilinked WBS is a user-friendly WBS management app designed for iPad. With its intuitive interface and natural gestures, WBS management becomes more convenient, efficient, and faster than ever before. Visualize and simplify the WBS in the outline and diagram view to analyze work elements and determine labor, material, and total costs for each component. The app automatically calculates costs up the element hierarchy and supports continuous and mass tracking.

Export the WBS to image, Excel, and PDF files or convert it to a project plan in QuickPlan.

The WBS app offers the following features:

 <li>Create project quotes with labor and material costs; ability to enter labor costs as expenses</li>
 <li>Adjust project fee rate, currency, and work package category</li>
 <li>Collapse/expand specific or all groups; zoom in on chart view</li>
 <li>User interface customization options</li>
 <li>Share the WBS across multiple devices via email, airdrop, and third-party cloud apps</li>
 <li>Export the outline with costs to a new project plan in QuickPlan</li>
 <li>Export the entire WBS or a selected workgroup to an Excel file</li>
 <li>Export the entire WBS or a selected workgroup to a PDF file with export customization options</li>
 <li>Export the entire WBS or a selected workgroup to an image file</li>
 <li>Undo feature and voice output notifications</li>
 <li>Duplicate the work breakdown structure</li>
</ul>

The WBS simplifies work planning and helps estimate future project schedules by providing a clear overview of work items and associated costs. It is an excellent project management tool for iPad users.
